jess weaves together yoga, pilates, barre, meditation and yin with a grounded understanding of the body and nervous system. her approach is intuitive, steady, and centred on helping women reconnect to themselves through movement.

rooted in both science and embodied wisdom, her classes offer space to build strength, soften tension, and cultivate presence ~ without rushing, forcing, or pushing beyond your capacity.

can i cancel anytime?

absolutely. there are no contracts or lock-ins. you can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

do i need any equipment?

just a yoga mat or any flat surface with grip. some classes use props like blocks or straps, but household items work beautifully ~ or you can practice without.

i’m a beginner, will I be okay?

yes. sanctuary was created for every level ~ move at your own pace and choose the practices that feel right for you.
